The Church of Christ the King weekend of celebrations
We had a wonderful weekend at the Church of Christ the King on 13th and 14th June. On Saturday 13th June we held our annual Fete, which this year included a flower display full of creativity and colour. Our church children put together a flower display to illustrate the beauty of God's creation, complete with a variety of animals and plants. Our fete was well supported and we had an array of stalls and activities for people to enjoy, including a Messy Church area and live music.
On Sunday 14th June we held a special service to celebrate and give thanks for Brighton Hill, and it was lovely to have many people from the local community worshipping with us. It was a joyful occasion that everyone enjoyed.
