People were bringing even infants to Jesus that he might touch them; and when the disciples saw it, they sternly ordered them not to do it. But Jesus called for them and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.  Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will never enter it.’
Luke 18 15-17

Children are part of our church. We delight in them and learn from them.

In the 10am Parish Communion on a Sunday Junior Church is held in Church Cottage for children in KS1 and KS2. The children come back into church at the peace so that they take take communion or come to the altar rail for a blessing with their parents.

We are happy for children to stay in church with their parents or go into the children's corner which is at the back of the church where there are toys and books if they prefer.

On the first Sunday of the month at 5pm we have a service called Time Together which is designed for families with songs, stories and activities followed by tea and cake. Have a look out our Time Together page on facebook for more information.
